One evening in Kentucky I visited Storm cat and made studies of this champion. Even at 22 he still has a youthful vigour and quality that still makes him a star.

In this painting I wanted to capture his sheer strength, quality and agility whilst blurring the background in order to bring out his wonderful presence.
